Our cancellation policy is as follows:

You can cancel any reservation for free 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time.
Any reservation canceled less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time will result in the reservation holder carrying the cost of the booking. This includes a reservation canceled for one of the free Open Plays.

For any no shows, the booker will incur the cost of the court booking or the program fee for either paid or free programming.
